Congratulations on winning in the 12th Annual PleinAir Salon Art Competition!


Here are some important things for you to know.

During the 12th Annual Competition from April 2022-March 2023, there were 10,491 paintings entered by 3,939 artists from 65 countries.

Of those entered paintings, 276 paintings by 190 artists went on to win and be included in the judging for the 12th Annual Awards. Congrats on winning!

What’s Next

Your painting is now included in the permanent Winners Archives on the PleinAir Salon Website here:

You were emailed a link to a Google Drive folder containing a certificate you can print, a press release, an icon to use in advertising, and a graphic you can share on social media. When you share those on social, please tag us on Facebook and Instagram. This will allow us to see your post and share to our page or story. If you have an Instagram account, we will collaborate with you when we share your winning piece on our page. This request will come to your Instagram direct messages. You’ll have to review and then accept it. Then, the post will show up on both your Instagram feed and ours!

All the winners will be included in a showcase in the August/September issue of PleinAir Magazine (more info on that below), as well as upcoming e-newsletters. Please fill out this questionnaire to be included in editorial.

All winners will also be promoted through the various social media platforms of PleinAir magazine and PleinAir Salon. As well as included in a variety of emails and marketing materials for the PleinAir Salon.

Magazine Issues

As an annual winner, we will be sending you five issues of the August/September issue of PleinAir magazine that will include a showcase of the winning artwork.
