PleinAir & Fine Art Connoisseur Magazine
There will be a showcase of the May Winners in the Aug/Sept issue of PleinAir Magazine. You will receive two complimentary issues by mail when the magazine releases on August 1st. (Please allow up to 2 weeks past the release date for shipping). If you reside outside the United States, shipping will take much longer.

There will also be a showcase in the digital edition of the Sept/Oct issue of Fine Art Connoisseur. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access that when the issue is released on Sept 1st.

Cash Prizes

For US Artists:
In order to receive your payment, we need a W-9 on file. If you have already filled one of these out, then you’re all set. Click HERE to download the form. Please fill it out and email it to [email protected]. (This is a secure email address).

There are two ways in which to receive your cash prize. The standard method is via check, and this takes 4-6 weeks (longer if you’re in Canada). If you’d prefer a direct deposit, please download this FORM, and email it to [email protected].

For Artists Outside the US:
In order to receive your payment, we need a W-8 on file. If you have already filled one of these out, then you’re all set. Click HERE to download the form. Please fill it out and email it to [email protected]. (This is a secure email address). 

Payments to international artists will be made through PayPal.

Editorial Coverage

Each winner is eligible for editorial coverage in any one of our e-newsletters. To be considered, please fill out this brief questionnaire. This needs to be filled out by July 10th.

Promote your Award

You received a link to Google Drive in your Show Submit announcement email. Download the graphic from the Google Drive folder, and share it on social! When you share, please tag us on Facebook (@PleinAirSalon) and Instagram (@PleinAirSalon). This will allow us to see your post and share to our page or story. If you have an Instagram account, we will collaborate with you when we share your winning piece on our page. This request will come to your Instagram direct messages. You’ll have to review and then accept it. Then, the post will show up on both your Instagram feed and ours!

Annual Competition 

As a monthly winner, your painting is now entered into the Annual PleinAir Salon Art Competition, and is NOT eligible to be re-entered in future competitions until after the Annual Awards.
