May Competition
Having bought her first art piece at the age of 19 from “gig” money from her career as a soloist in rock bands, Jane Bell Meyer has been obsessed with the art world ever since.
Jane’s career move to art started with an interior design center, traveling to Europe and began hanging art in homes she was designing. This strategy has long created the backbone of her 21 years of selling both contemporary and deceased artists.
The original gallery, Authentique, now sits beside the world-famous Illume Gallery of Fine Art as well as the Mission Gallery. All three galleries are officially under the name Illume Gallery of Fine Art and combine both two-dimensional and three-dimensional pieces by renowned artists.
Jane has hosted the national juried exhibitions of Oil Painters of America, American Impressionist Society, and two western regional OPA events, as well as two major events she created: New Visions and Where in The World Is Plein Air. Please visit the website: www.illumegalleryoffineart.com
